MANIFOLD.ArchitectureStudio (MAS), is a progressive award-winning architecture firm located in Brooklyn, New York known for its architecture design, in the cultural, retail and residential spheres. We are seeking applicants for an Architectural designer position to support our design and project team with the ability to independently and responsibly manage varies project tasks. The applicant must have prior experience working in an office for 2-4 years, preferably in NYC and show the ability to create working and construction drawing sets for NYC DOB filing.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- 2-4 years full-time experience.
- Proficient in creating DD, CD and NYC DOB filing drawings.
- Fluency in AutoCAD and Adobe CS.
- Working experience in 3D modeling (Rhino preferred).
- Legal authorization to work in the US and English fluency.
- Availability to start immediately, preferred.

Our award-winning office has been in business for almost 20 years and we are seeking a talented, team-spirited individual to work on high-end retail design and residential design projects both here and abroad. As a retail architecture studio, we specialize in identifying, designing, and realizing iconic spaces for national and international retail clients. Our responsibilities encompass not only architectural design, but interior design, furniture design and visual merchandising as well.

We are looking for an individual who is not only CAD-proficient and detail-oriented, but who also listens to and contributes to a creative design dialogue, and who likes to experiment with ideas and materials. We pride ourselves on creating a positive and extremely creative environment.

Persons interested must have the following requirements:

- 2-3 years previous work experience.
- Experience in residential design and/or high-end retail design.
- Previous production of Construction Documents.
- Design and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Freehand sketching and rendering skills preferred, but not required.
