We are looking for an experienced and talented Architect to join our friendly and expanding workforce.

The ideal candidate would have:

- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and UK Planning.
- Excellent design skills and construction detailing knowledge.
- Job running and site experience.
- Proficiency in Microstation and good working knowledge of BIM (ideal but not essential).
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, including InDesign and Photoshop knowledge.
- NBS Specification experience.

Heath Design Group, Inc. is in search of a dedicated and responsive Architect with 2 – 5 years experience with retail and commercial projects. Candidate will work with a client that has national exposure and demands a high degree of service. Proficiency with Revit is a requirement.

This position will entail:

- Coordinating projects from creation to completion.
- Coordinating with sub-consultants.
- Responding to and solving client inquiries and/or design challenges.
- Site visits (local or day trip).
- Production of project documents using Revit.

The ideal candidate should be able to provide extraordinary client service and able to solve design challenges. In addition, candidate should possess a good sense of design development, excellent communication and organizational skills and be proficient in Revit. Candidate will have the ability to work independently, while also working with others.
