RYA seeks a talented, self-motivated candidate for a Junior Design Architect position. We are looking for a skilled and savvy self-initiator who is eager to become involved in all phases of design and grow with our talented team.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in high-end architecture and interior architecture.
- Excellent AutoCAD drafting and 3D skills (Sketch-up, 3D Max, quality rendering).
- Proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Construction documentation experience.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and procedures (NYC and Hamptons).
- Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Experience in graphic presentations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

We have an immediate vacancy for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Architect to join our busy team of Architects and Surveyors in our central Dorking office. The candidate must have at least 3 years post Part III Architect experience and have in-depth knowledge of projects from end to end.

The following criteria are non negotiable:

- Must have excellent client facing skills.
- Riba Part III or ARB registered Project Architect.
- Must have a minimum of three years post part III UK experience.
- Must be UK projects that the applicant has seen through from initial client contact to completion.
- Must have experience in all work stages; be motivated and enthusiastic with good design technical skills.
- Must have excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Must be familiar with REVIT and have good Autocad skills.

We have a diverse workload of new build and refurbishment projects with construction values of £1>10million. Familiarity with Revit and Photoshop is important but we offer a comprehensive training programme to help the right candidate develop their skills.
