UK-experienced (7 years +) highly experienced architect or architectural technician/technologist sought for interesting and varied work for small expanding practice.

Commercial and residential projects; predominantly residential, from house extensions through to large housing developments, conversion and new build. Must be AutoCAD literate with good working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations as well as knowledge of planning system and experience of making planning applications.

Must be good at construction detailing.

Interior Designer with minimum 5 years’ experience in a variety of commercial projects, with emphasis on healthcare. Interior Designer will be responsible for project development and design, including creative concept development and participate as required for all phases of project; from client interface, programming, code evaluation, design, interior modeling, construction documents and furniture specification.

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
- Revit software experience required; proficiency in AutoCAD 2012, Sketchup.
- Leed ap accreditation a plus.
- Professional membership and active participation in Industry Associations ie. IIDA, ASID, and IFMA, preferred.
- NCIDQ required or eligible to take exam.
