This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an intermediated architect / designer to learn and grow in a small firm environment. We are looking for a creative, well rounded technically competent architect with a passion for learning and the ability to wear many hats.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills through speech, written correspondence, sketching and technical drawing. They must demonstrate experience and knowledge assembling a technical set of construction drawings for corporate interiors projects and new buildings. They should have knowledge of NYC Building code and zoning regulations and demonstrate the ability to research and translate code requirements, and construction methods into a comprehensive set of architectural drawings.
Other job requirements:
A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture and a commanding knowledge of AutoCAD and MS-Office programs are required for this job. Knowledge of Sketch-up, 3d Studio and Photoshop are a plus.

We are seeking a Licensed Architect with more than five years of experience. The successful candidate will have overall project management and project design responsibility for a variety of projects in multiple Studios. They will have the ability to manage and motivate multi-discipline project teams, maintain client satisfaction and consistently meet success factors of the client and the Firm.
Duties will also include identifying and preparing proposals for new work in concert with a Studio Manager, developing multi-discipline scope, schedule and budget with department managers, preparing and maintaining project success plans and project schedule and resource forecast working with the company COO and CFO.
