Senior Architect
23/04/2015A Fast growing Development and Construction Company, requires an Exceptional and Experienced Senior Architect to lead and run UK and International Projects.
Developing London Ltd, is a London-based, specialising in high end bespoke and multi-unit projects, designed and built to set a standard and define a clear market presence.
Our company already boasts a diverse and expanding portfolio of residential projects in the UK and we intend to explore International opportunities.
We work from planning with initial design through to construction detailing, this includes site procurement and reviewing potential sites.
We require an experienced and motivated Senior Architect who will lead the development of a design team within our company.
This role will provide the opportunity to lead multiple projects and teams to deliver high-end solutions for residential and retail projects ranging in size and complexity.
To be considered for this position we require the following:
- Passion for design.
- Communication and people management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
- Advanced knowledge of technical construction.
- Advanced knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using AutoCAD.
- Experience of Microstation and Revit are helpful.
- English is required.
The position is available immediately.
The salary is negotiable based upon experience but will be commensurate with a senior position.

Architect
23/04/2015Widely published, Chelsea based Design firm seeks Architect with 3-5 years experience for a full time position.
The right candidate should have a strong interest in all phases of the design-build process from schematic design through construction with meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must possess very good written and verbal skills and must have legal working status in the US. Experience with Residential Interiors would be beneficial.
