South Jersey architectural firm looking for licensed professionals to fulfill Project Architect role. You must be a highly motivated and creative individual. Our clientele consists of residential and commercial developers as well as governmental entities.

Typical duties include:

- Code review / compliance.
- Shop drawing review.
- Develop construction documents including details.
- Supervise and coordinate employees and consultants involved in the project including planning and preparing the work; checking and reviewing the work.
- Prepare administrative documents including meeting minutes, correspondences, punch lists.
- Conduct product research.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Single family and multi-family housing.
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent preferred.
- Licensed architect preferred.
- Proficient Autocad skills required.
- Thorough knowledge of IBC and ADA codes.
- Must possess a broad understanding of building technology and structures.
