Diller Scofidio + Renfro is an interdisciplinary design studio that integrates architecture, the visual arts, and the performing arts. Based in New York City, Diller Scofidio + Renfro is led by three partners who work collaboratively with a staff of 100 architects, artists and administrators. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Architect with significant high-end residential experience for a complex of several new stand alone residential structures.

Candidates will have the following qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years experience.
- Examples of the documentation and administration of construction of 3 or more built high-end residential projects.
- Strong design sensibility.
- Independent: capable of designing, planning, managing and coordinating large in-house and consultant team, developing detail and material approaches, producing contract documents, meeting with the client, coordinating consultants, and administering construction.
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.
- Foreign construction experience beneficial.

We are seeking a Junior Architect who is passionate about contemporary design, creative, organized, personable, and well-rounded. - 1-3 years of experience in all phases of design.
- ACAD, Adobe CS, 3D (Rhino, V-Ray, Sketch-Up & 3DS Max) and physical model building proficiency. Revit is a plus.
