Credo, LLC is currently seeking a Design Architect with NCARB Certification to be located in its Wisconsin office. This person will be responsible for integrating architectural activities into the firm’s mission to help small, private higher educational institutions thrive. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make strategic decisions that positively impact service to our clients and profitability. This position shall be responsible for collaboratively leading design and supporting the Senior Designer and architectural staff in developing documents from conceptual design through construction, coordinating with outside consultants, and providing research for both technical design and higher education best practices. This role also includes supporting the campus planning team through facility assessments, evaluations of space, and developing 2D and 3D graphics. The Design Architect must have excellent presentation skills, both verbally and graphically. This positon will report to the Senior Designer.

Required qualifications of the position are as follows:
- Baccalaureate in or Masters of Architecture NAAB accredited degree.
- NCARB Certified and registered US Architect; leed ap desired.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the USA, demonstrated experience in higher education preferred.
- Excellent graphic presentation skills, communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong technical skills, understanding of building codes, ability to understand and carryout intended design direction from clients and senior designer.
- Strong ability to assemble Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required; experience with Revit, Sketch-Up, 3Ds Max and Adobe suite.
- Working in our Wisconsin office required.
- Travel will be required, must possess a valid USA driver’s license.

I am currently recruiting for a Landscape Architect for an international consultancy with a reputation of delivering collaborative, innovative and pragmatic designs. This is an immediate requirement for a Landscape Architect to join their growing team in Qatar.
The suitable applicant will able to present to and confer with clients on landscape strategy, concepts and designs. You will have experience in preparing and developing landscape master plan concepts. Working alongside engineers and architects to understand and develop project designs to detail design and procurement.
As a Landscape Architect you will coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features, structures and other elements into concepts and designs. Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans as well as use of computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
You should also be capable of analyzing, interpreting and acting upon environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage, accessibility and energy usage. Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost outlines and select appropriate (hard and soft) materials for use in landscape designs.
To be considered for this role you must have a BA/B.Sc. and 5+ years' of experience as a Landscape Architect, ideally including previous Gulf or other arid climate, urban landscapes experience.
