An international multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 7 years experience to join their team in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

- Developing detailed design and construction documentation.
- Front end design work.
- Client, Employer and Stakeholder Liaison.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Assist with bid proposals and presentation of bids.
- Supervise the preparation of applications for planning and building control departments.
- Supervise the preparation of tender documents for contracts.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinating with contractors and other professionals.

Requirements:

- BA in Architecture with at least seven (7) years' post qualification.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the GCC.
- Detailed interior design experience.
- Revit experience essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client and stakeholder facing experience.

Position description:

- Prepare design and construction documents and generate detailed solutions to architectural problems.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in a range of architectural skills.
- Experienced with building code analysis, the permitting process, and construction administration.
- Revit proficiency strongly preferred. Familiarity with Rhino a plus.
- Leed certification is desirable as well as demonstration of a strong understanding of sustainable design.
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills.
