We are looking for enthusiastic and talented architectural designers, with a strong interest and experience in large commercial mixed-use, retail, office & residential sectors. Our team based in Singapore, is expanding and we are seeking to appoint designers with long term career and leadership aspirations to work on a wide variety of projects.

This role will be required to lead in projects and liaise with clients, consultants and internal team. The successful candidate will be responsible with the planning and concept design, developing design concepts, doing drawings, preparing presentations, models and other design related studies.

The designer we are seeking must have the following core competencies:

- Recognised professional qualification in Architecture.
- Previous experience of working in a multi-disciplinary international design practice will be an advantage.
- Between 5 - 10 years relevant experience in large commercial mixed-use, retail, office & residential sectors.
- Proven track record of completing deliverables to a high standard.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Revit or freehand sketches is an added advantage.
- Strong design and presentation skills.
- Client facing & good communication skills.
