Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture.
- Professional experience.
- Highly representation skills in 2D & 3D.
- Proficient in Adobe Software and 3D Rendering.
- Demonstrated experience with managing projects from conception to completion with excellent graphic results.
- Creative and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented.
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is essential; other language skills are a plus.
- Legal working status in the United States.

Kensington Taylor is a long established practice, based in the historic cathedral city of Exeter, with a passion for innovative and sustainable design on a variety of high profile projects including housing, education and stadia.
We are seeking a talented and ambitious architect, minimum 3 years post qualification experience to support the directors on a number of wide ranging projects. These roles would suit ambitious individuals with strong conceptual design and presentation skills, together with excellent organisational and technical ability. You should also have experience of a variety of software: a sound and practical understanding of AutoCAD and Revit is preferable. In addition the roles will require the successful candidates to work with existing clients ranging from schools and commercial companies to private residential clients and you will also be involved in seeing projects through from inception, liaising with clients and consultants, design stage and construction.
