You have successfully completed a degree in architecture and have an exceptionally strong interest in conceptual and creative design processes with high design quality in diverse and complex design tasks. Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
- Ability to follow a project through from conceptual design to completion.
- Clear understanding of fabrics, furnitures, fixtures, materials, and artwork.
- Experience creating concept presentations & moods boards.
- Proven ability to write clear specifications.
- Capable of reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with manufacturers.
- Ability to generate new concepts and work effectively with the project design team.
- Excellent presentation and client management skills.
- Must be organized, professional and able to communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English; Mandarin is a definite advantage.
