A small busy practice on Eel Pie Island, Twickenham (23 mins from Waterloo) seeks an experienced and driven ARB registered Architect / Project Architect with at least five years' post-qualification experience, looking for career development.

We are currently working on a variety of projects including sustainable housing, new-build, high-end and affordable residential, commercial, mixed use, works to listed buildings, masterplanning and a convent.

Working within the team, the applicant should expect to take projects from inception through to completion.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Job running experience.
- Good knowledge and working experience of UK planning policy and processes.
- Vectorworks experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong technical design and graphic skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Appropriate salary subject to experience.

Key requirements:

- ±10 years experience in the Interior Design field, with strong corporate experience.
- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Strong design concepts, preparing design proposals, tender documents and construction details.
- Have experience in running projects and liaison with client, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Proficient in construction details, a plus if applicants are skilled in AutoCAD / Photoshop / Sketchup.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Capable of working independently and also in a team environment.
- Immediately available would be ideal.
