We are looking to recruit two experienced, talented and ambitious Architects to join our team at Senior Architect / Associate Director level, to lead projects from conception through to practical completion. The role will also involve driving our ongoing research and development into design innovation, sustainable technology and modern construction.
This is a unique opportunity for you to take design authorship and to develop team management and professional procurement skills in the context of a friendly and exciting, process driven team.
Our requirements:
- You must have outstanding design ability and good leadership skills to integrate design, detail, sustainable performance and innovative construction into projects.
- You must have good presentation skills with experience of working directly with clients consultants and contractors.
- You should have a minimum of 5 years post part III UK experience as a lead/project Architect having completed projects from conception to practical completion.
- You should have a good background in residential housing.
Knowledge of planning and experience with planning negotiations would be advantageous.
- You should show good technical detailing skills and a thorough knowledge of the current Building Regulations.
- You should be proficient in CAD (experience with Archicad and Revit is advantageous) and Adobe Creative Suite.

We are a medium-sized Seattle architecture and interior design firm looking for a Junior Designer. We specialize in the design of finely-crafted custom houses and renovations. Dedicated to meaningful and timeless design achieved through close interaction with clients and rigorous attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in custom residential architecture.
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Excel are required.
- Hand sketching, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus.
- Enjoy working collectively as part of a team.
- Excellent written, verbal and graphic communications skills.
- Creative, detail oriented, self-motivated individual.
Position responsibilities:
- Work on a team to produce project documentation from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Create presentation materials, including Sketchup modeling.
- Be a good citizen of our office.
