At FNA we are searching for well-rounded enthusiastic skilled architects/designers. Could be full-time or part-time work. We are based out of Williamsburg Brooklyn and are a small but growing office. We have a mix of projects and a few starting up. We are looking to build our firm so someone who is a team-player and interested in being part of the action--we write our own rules and appreciate a creative thinker to join the team. We are focused on sustainability and social impact over-arching goals but good design is the bottom line. Candidates newly graduated and/or with 3-5 yrs experience. Rendering and Autocad skills required.

On the boards: loft renovation in Manhattan, new penthouse in Harlem, NYC Build It Back homes in Canarsie we are elevating for resiliency, Street Vendor Project-commissary for vendors, non-profit office headquarters, 2 speculative ground-up Passive House projects. Hopefully a large commercial Passive House retrofit as well.

Medium-sized architecture firm is seeking aJuniorArchitect with excellent design skillsand model making abilities. 1-3 years professional experience is preferred with a working knowledge of Revit. Excellent graphic presentation skills are a plus. The best candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for environmental stewardship and will be able to capture the vision of our firm.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

- 1-3 years professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Computer skills should include Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3DMax.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills.
