Must have excellent design, production and communication skills. Architectural work experience in the mid-Atlantic region is strongly preferred.
Revit capabilities highly desirable, plus background in varied new and renovation projects.

Job description:
- Participate in projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
- Participate in Construction Administration of projects create and develop design concepts.
- Physical and digital modelling and drawing of design concepts.
- Create details from design concepts.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from an architectural program. proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling programs (Rhino preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe CS suite, MS Word and Excel.
- Competency in algorithmic scripting preferred.
- Excellent physical modelling skills.
- Experience creating construction documentation, including details of designs.
Qualified candidates should submit a cover letter, detailed resume, and at least four work samples (professional work preferred, with descriptions of job duties for each project) to email.
