KSQ Architects is a national planning, engineering, architecture and interior design firm seeking a Project Architect / Designer to be a key part of our firm in our White Plains, NY Office and our New York, NY Offices.
The applicant will work on Multifamily Housing, Collegiate Student life, and K-12 schools, throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated team players and have excellent design and production skills. Candidates should also be well versed in a variety of architectural styles and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications
The candidate should have the following skills:
- 3-10 years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autocad, Revit Architecture and Sketchup.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, graphic, and presentation skills.
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited architecture program, or equivalent.

- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
