Architect / Designer who can work semi-independently or in a collaborative team environment on a diverse range of project types. Demonstrate proficiency in design development, design presentation and construction documentation.
Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
Should have 3 -5 years professional work experience with a diverse range of project types.
Experienced with and willing to work on both residential and commercial projects, including retail and hospitality design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD producing complete construction documents and complex details.
Well versed in the use of Adobe Creative Suite Applications creating project presentations and materials boards.
Experience with selection and specification of furniture, materials and finishes to develop complete project pallets.
Space planning experience with diverse project types.
Familiarity with California Building Codes.
Must be US Citizen or have permanent residence status.

The positions would suit ambitious individuals with strong conceptual design and presentation skills, combined with excellent organisational and technical ability. You should have experience of a variety of software: a sound and practical understanding of Autodesk Revit is desirable. You will need a keen interest in the technical aspects of the preparation of specification writing, detailed design, and construction drawings.
