Requirements:

- Degree in Interior Design.
- 0-3 years post-graduate experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Sketchup.
- Experience in Hospitality projects is preferred.

Workshop / APD is a design firm specializing in both luxury home design and high-end commercial development. We actively leverage our experience to solve design challenges with innovative solutions that incorporate modern ideals/methods toward a signature aesthetic.

We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Designer with 2-5 years’ experience minimum.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Design of residential projects (with single family and multifamily experience).
- Involvement in all phases of the design/documentation.
- Computer modeling and rendering.
- Construction document preparation.

Applicants should have previous residential experience and demonstrate proficient knowledge of multi-family projects. Candidates should also demonstrate good digital modeling and rendering abilities and competent use of all architectural design programs.

Qualifications:

- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Minimum of 2 years high-end architectural design experience (should be able to showcase finished / built work).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2008 or higher), 3-D Studio Max and all Adobe programs.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of wood frame construction.
- Good communications skills.
- Well organized.
- Ability to produce their portfolio of work.
