Projects cover a wide spectrum of commercial/residential and mixed use projects in Central London and you will need to be skilled at liaising with clients, running projects and coordinating technical design teams. Strong design skills across all design stages are required with with site/technical delivery experience a must. ArchiCAD skills are preferred.

- ARB / Riba Registered Architect with UK experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong CAD Skills – ArchiCAD.
- Strong design and detailing experience with good technical & site knowledge.

Project Architect is a project leadership position with responsibility for architectural design and technical production of projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead / assists a project team in development of the aesthetic and technical design and the preparation of architectural design and construction documents including drawings and specifications.
- Collaborates with or serves as the Project Designer for the design of the project.
- Develops, checks and coordinates technical aspects of the design of a project.
- Leads in organizing the drawing, BIM modeling efforts.
- Prepares the project code review.
- Coordinates the work of Consultants.
- Meets with client.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Mentors junior staff.
- Follows established standards for project production and review.
- Keeps Project Manager and Principal in Charge informed of progress or need for assistance.
Key skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture is required.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years’ with Healthcare, Education or Mixed Use experience a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, technical and graphic skills.
- Demonstrated experience in and readiness to lead the technical details of projects.
- Proficient with computer-assisted design software such as Revit AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design; 3D software such as Sketchup.
- Proficient with other data management software such as Word and Excel.
- License required.
