Registered Architect with minimum 10 years of local experience on large scale multi-family or mixed-use projects. Must have a proven track record of client care and management. Proficiency with entire project delivery system (contracts, scheduling, design, tendering, and contract administration). Candidates will be evaluated on the following:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- Architectural Registration in California.
- Architectural Registration in Washington or Oregon.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Proven experience as project architect.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2014.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
