Architects qualifications:

- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Production of construction documents, with limited supervision.

- Preparation of Building Department Filings.
- Experience with NYC Zoning and building codes.

Required Architect's Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent required.

The ideal candidate would be a creative, self-motivating and meticulous individual that is willing to embark on amazing projects and a rewarding professional experience.

Qualifications:

- Highly proficient in Autocad and Revit.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional working experience.
- Experience in interior design and architecture for hospitality and high-end residential projects.
- Experience with creating all project documentation, including Design Development and Construction sets, plus doing Construction Administration through the end of projects.
- Provide excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability friendly products.
- Basic knowledge of current building codes including ADA requirements.
- Must be a US green card holder or US citizen and currently living in NYC.

Responsibilities:

- Exhibits understanding of the firm's design philosophy.
- Project Leadership on Interior Design, including lead of in house team, Project consultants, and Client.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with relation to client interaction.
- Ability to produce complete construction drawings.
- Coordinate with outside consultants and vendors.
- Have a good understanding of interior finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and F, F & E schedules and budgets for hospitality and residential projects.
- Proficiency in millwork detailing and specifications and reviewing shop drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
