Midtown Manhattan office is seeking full time interior designer with 5-10 years experience in hotel/hospitality. Candidate must be well versed in design thru delivering the project. Strong knowledge of Hospitality design, documentation ( Revit and ACAD 2015). We are a boutique architecture firm that specializes in international retail design projects. Staff members work closely with the principals on each project, from schematic design through construction administration. Real responsibility is available for motivated individuals. We are a congenial and energetic, very fast-paced firm.

Candidate requirements:

- BArch or MArch degree.
- 3-5 years post-graduate professional experience minimum.
- Experience in retail design.
- Familiarity with furniture/fixture detailing.
- Proficiency with technical construction documents.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- 3D Studio Max modeling and rendering proficiency.
- Ability to handle fast-paced projects.
- Must currently reside in the NYC area.
