We are seeking a Project Architect with core & shell experience for high profile urban mixed-use projects. The selected candidate will have strong technical skills and experience developing DD and CD packages for multi-family residential highrise projects. Must have the ability to communicate design ideas graphically and verbally.

Qualified candidates will have:

- Master of Architecture.
- NYS Architectural Registration.
- 8-12 years relevant professional experience.
- Strong technical skills, from concept though CDs.
- Strong graphic, 3D presentation, production skills.
- Focused, articulate, well organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with ACAD / Revit and familiarity with other 3D software.
- Knowledge of NYC Building code, NYC Zoning regulations, and familiarity with Enterprise Green Homes, and leed.
