RAFT is a young and fast growing architecture practice based in New York City working on large scale projects both domestically and internationally. We are seeking a technically experienced, licensed architect to act as the firm's on-site architect for a 500 student school with an 18 month construction schedule starting in July 2015. The position requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience with at least three years of construction administration. Strong preference for a person with NYC School Construction Authority experience, or experience with other large public agencies. Salary will be commensurate with level of expertise.

Recently qualified / Part III Architect required for a small innovative practice in South West London, concentrating on high end residential projects in and around central London.

We are a team of six architects and assistants and our current projects include significant alterations to houses and apartments, as well as several new build projects. In September 2013 we were selected by The Sunday Times as one of the top 25 residential architects in the country.

We are looking to recruit a talented and motivated architect with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the UK. Knowledge of Vectorworks would be helpful but is not essential.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and a team player, with good creative design, project management and client liaison skills. You will need to be able to run your own projects, and to see them through from the initial design stages to completion on site.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
