Spivak Architects is a collaborative design studio specializing in a wide range of project types including hospitality, residential and commercial, from renovation and new construction to urban design. We have exciting new opportunities for hospitality, residential and commercial projects and are looking to add the following staff positions:
Junior Architects with at least three years of experience.
Requirements for candidates:
- Strong design sense and technical construction ability.
- Extensive experience producing drawing sets (all phases) with an emphasis on construction detailing and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Design Suite (AutoCad) and Adobe CS Suite.
- Experience with Revit required (other 3D modeling experience, such as Rhino, 3ds Max, a plus).
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Good organization and communications skills.
We are interested in candidates that not only have technical skills, but are also contributors in the design dialogue and culture of the firm.

Goshow Architects seeks intermediate-level architects for permanent positions on our team. These are full-time assignments. New hires will begin work asap. This person is an intermediate level design professional who assists their immediate supervisor to develop high quality design and construction documents on time and on budget. In addition, this individual will learn to apply management techniques and leadership skills.
Desired skills & experience:
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 3 – 5 years of architectural office experience.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working knowledge of project management software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with team members and to direct junior team members
Salary: Dependent upon skills, work experience and degrees held.
