The candidate should be hard working and have a minimum of 1-3 years job experience with skills in 3D modeling and drafting . Experience with rendering is a plus. The job is demanding but hours are fair. The position requires communication skills, time management, and multi-tasking. Looking for someone mature who is looking to stay and grow with our design firm while learning to be involved in all aspects of design and project exwcution. Full-time applicants are preferred. Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- 1-3 years full-time experience.
- Preferred knowledge of Revit, Sketchup, VRay, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
- Must be a resident of the greater NYC area and available to start immediately.

Create Design are searching for a enthusiastic ARB qualified architect. We have received a number of new instructions in the residential sectors and are looking for architects with experience in these fields. We are looking for candidates with three to five years post-qualification UK experience in detailing, construction, production information and specification writing. Most of our work progresses to site so experience throughout the construction process is important.

The successful candidate will be proficient in hand sketching, UK Building Regulations as well as AutoCAD and Google Sketch Up. They will also have fluent English both written and spoken. They will be a positive outgoing person who can readily adapt to new challenges.

As a young practice we have a great team spirit and work collaboratively. We are passionate about beautifully designed low impact architecture and are looking for ways to develop and enhance our design team and skill base. We are looking for ambitious candidates that share these values, we can promise hard work but also a great working environment and stimulating project work.

We are looking for someone available to start in July / August.
