Our client is a global brand in home cleaning devices with offices around the world. Their China design studio in Shenzhen is now looking for a young and talented Industrial Designer to join their expanding operation and be part of the global product development strategy.
Descriptions:
- Support current design developments on CMF execution in 2D / 3D solutions.
- Using computer software to produce detailed blueprint and design specifications.
- Generate posters for trend forecasting.
- Carry out research on design trends, materials, color, and other market requirements that would forecast into future application roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and production teams to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products.
- On-site supervision at production facilities to ensure output quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Interior Design with 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Familiarity with decorative finish technologies from multidisciplinary CMF development fields.
- Innate understanding of design aesthetic senses to brand language.
- Strong in visual communication design, sketching ability, and software skills such as Rhinoceros, Keyshots, CAD, Adobe CS, and SketchBook Pro.
- Knowledge in automotive design would be a definite plus.
- Team player with positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Good command of written/spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.

This person will be part of a collaborative group providing creative ideas, production skills, and project management. Responsibilities include finished plans and specifications, production of presentation materials, management of client and project teams, approval of materials, and construction administration.
