Pininfarina S.p.A, is an independent Italian car design firm and coachbuilding in Cambiano, Italy. Pininfarina S.p.A clients are made up by a wide variety of automobile manufacturers, in which have included long-establishing customers such as Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, Fiat, GM, Lancia and Maserati.
Operating outside of the automotive sector, in 1986 Pininfarina Extra was founded in order to attend the large demands on industrial design, architecture and interior design, as well as graphic, packaging and brand DNA design projects. As a result of such success, Pininfarina Extra of America launched and currently has been working on a large variety of luxury projects in the United States and South America.
Pininfarina’s mission is to blend the most advance features of scientific, technological and engineering research to the most attractive design features, to enhance at maximum the everyday user experience.
We are currently seeking an energetic, talented and driven Medium and Senior level Interior Designer with experience in high-end contemporary interior design and / or architecture. This position is for work in our Miami office and it is for immediate employment, hands-on, in a collaborative work environment. This position requires strong graphic, digital modeling, ACAD and communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of and experience in integrated architectural and interior design projects is a large plus.
Candidates should be highly motivated in innovative, elegant, and creative interior design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program or foreign equivalent.
- 5+ years experience for Medium level. 8+ years for Senior level.
- Excellent aesthetic sensibilities, design and technical.
- Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to draft graphically appealing presentation documents.
- Experience sourcing, selecting and specifying interior finishes – CMF (Colors, Materials & Finishes) & FF&E (Furniture Finishes and Equipment).
- Create project support and analysis, presentations, reporting, industry research.
- Proven work experience with Architectural and/or Interior Design Firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, and Photoshop. High efficiency on modeling of complex surfaces as well as final presentation quality 3d rendering imagery.
- Passionate about design and how this strategically impact on users experience, product development, technology innovation, brand building and overall value creation for the client.
- Fluent in English. Portuguese, Spanish and Italian is a plus.
- Good graphic design sensibility.
Proficiency in the below softwares are required:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- AutoCAD.
- Rhino.
- Vray.

Junior Architect

The candidate will work with a team on a range of projects from master planning to complex healthcare and laboratory projects for nationally recognized Institutions.
Ideal candidates will have:
- BArch or MArch degree from an Accredited Architecture program or foreign equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in all phases of design and construction.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Graphic skills and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, sketching.
