The role:
Reporting to the Design Director, and as a member of our internal architects practice, you will be responsible for feasibility design and planning applications of innovative and viable development schemes for a range of exciting and challenging projects. Involved in both pre- and post-acquisition matters this role offers the opportunity to add real commercial value by innovative design whilst also allowing you to shape how the practice presents its work.
Qualified to diploma level, you will be Riba / ARB (or equivalent) with at least 8 years' post part 3 qualification experience. You will possess excellent presentation skills in all areas ie CAD, 3-D visualisation, traditional model making and freehand drawing work. Experience of Revit, 3-D model printing and/or augmented reality would be advantageous. With up-to-date knowledge of central government planning policy, you will also possess good working knowledge of Building Regulations and familiarity with all planning standards. A real team player you will have good commercial acumen and a desire to add value to the development process.
