A boutique agency who work on extremely high end hotels and residential properties are seeking an FF&E Hotel Interior Designer with experience in hotel design to join their outstanding London based consultancy.

Key day-to-day tasks of the FF&E Hotel Interior Designer include:

- Project managing and producing FF&E specs.
- Dealing with all external procurement.
- Liaising and presenting to clients.
- Helping to deliver a high standard of service.
- Taking responsibility for project installation.

Key attributes of the FF&E Hotel Interior Designer include:

- Confident in AutoCAD.
- 7+ years experience working on high end projects.
- Must have worked on high end hotels.
- Exceptional creative FF&E skills including sample boards, specification documentation and freehand sketch ability.
- Client facing with the ability to present to board directors.
- A fantastic understanding of the UK furniture, fittings and soft furnishings market place.

Nandinee Phookan Architects (NPA) is a full-service architectural firm based in Dumbo, Brooklyn. With its design studio IMAKE, the firm's projects range from urban design, planning, architecture, and interior design to furniture, products and graphics. NPA is currently seeking motivated, creative individuals to join its team as an intermediate architect on the path to licensure. The studio environment of the firm presents opportunities to work closely with principals and other members of the team on a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Work under a Project Architect to develop schematic design, design development and construction documents including details based on NPA standards.
- Develop presentation drawings, renderings and graphics.
- Conducts material research and meet vendors as necessary to understand materials/products used in a project.
- Conduct site surveys and existing conditions documentations.

Desired skills:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in all aspects of architectural design/documents and construction administration.
- B Arch degree from a 5 year accredited Architectural Program or an M Arch degree.
- Good design and writing/ communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in construction documents/ detailing.
- Knowledge of Revit desirable.
- Proficiency in Rhino / Autodesk 3ds Max desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
- Must be a team player with a good attitude and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines when necessary.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
