Belzberg Architects is searching for an interior designer (4-5 years of experience) to assist with various projects ranging from 15,000sf homes to larger, commercial renovation projects. We also have cultural, institutional and hospitality projects in development. The position being offered can be full-time, part-time or on a contract basis depending on your needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- All the usual stuff—design, coordination, client meetings, presentations, site visits, full-scale mockups, etc. You will be involved in all aspects of the projects you work on.
- Working with your team closely. You’ll have autonomy to complete work in whatever way you work best, but you will need to stay connected to your team.
- Contributing to a creative, easy-going and friendly office environment. It’s important that we enjoy where we work and the people we work with.
We are looking for:

- A sharp design eye complimented by a scrappy can do attitude.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer modeling and rendering is desirable.
- Professional degree in Interior Design and Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience working in interior design and architecture firms with similar types and high quality of work.
- Experience with the design, specification, procurement and installation phases is highly desired.
- Knowledge and experience with sourcing and purchasing (tracking through the various phases) is mandatory.
- Experience with custom furniture and lighting fixture design and fabrication is a plus.

Acanthus Architects LW are looking for an experienced Part II assistant or Part III qualified architect to join their housing team.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience, have a thorough technical knowledge of residential projects and be able to produce working drawings to a very high standard.
Candidates must also have excellent technical and detailing skills, as well as sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods within the residential sector. Good CAD skills are essential, preferably in Microstation and / or Revit.
