KSQ Architects is seeking an Intern and a Project Architect to be key parts of our firm in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
KSQ Architects is a nationally recognized, full-service firm providing planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design services.
The applicant will work on Collegiate Student life, K-12 schools, Multifamily Housing, Healthcare Facilities, and Multi Use projects throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited architecture program or equivalent.
- Ability to collaborate professionally in a team environment.
- Strong technical proficiency and creative skills.
- Design oriented.
- Able to meet challenging deadlines while producing a quality product.
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture is a must, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUP along with a variety of rendering software is beneficial.

- Professional, diligent and reliable.
- Capable of developing SD, DD and CD drawing sets for a project.
- Proficient in CAD, 3D modeling, parametric design; and the Adobe Suite.
- Capable of leading independent work and research.
- Interested in integrating research and ecological features to projects.
- comfortable working at different scales (from furniture and installation to masterplan).
Tasks will involve working on different stages of design for projects in North America, Morocco and the Middle East; communication with consultants; team coordination.
Canadian citizens or residents preferred. Salary commensurate with experience and expertise. Master of Architecture required.
