Job description:
- Participate in projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
- Participate in Construction Administration of projects
create and develop design concepts.
- Physical and digital modelling and drawing of design concepts.
- Create details from design concepts.
- Responsiblities include working with the clients; candidates should be able to effectively manage consultant, client, and contractor communications.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from an architectural program.
proficiency in Autocad and 3D modelling programs (Rhino preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe CS suite, MS Word and Excel.
- Competency in algorithmic scripting preferred.
- Excellent physical modelling skills.
- Experience creating construction documentation, including details of designs.

Fogarty Finger, an award-winning New York architecture firm, is seeking a Junior Architect with significant design skills and strong 3D rendering skills for client presentations, competitions and in-house use for a wide range of typologies. Candidate must possess a good spatial sense, an eye for detail, and ability to communicate graphically.
The right candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Professional Degree from an accredited school.
- At least 1-3 years professional experience in the US.
- Highly developed skills and talent in 3D modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation material.
- Excellent problem solver with good listening skills and strong follow through.
- Strong communication, organizational and collaborative skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
