- BArch, March, or BFA Interior Design degree.
- 1-3 years post-graduate professional experience.
- Experience in retail design.
- Familiarity with furniture / fixture detailing.
- Proficiency with technical construction documents.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- 3D modeling and rendering proficiency.
- Ability to handle fast-paced projects.
- Natural design sensibilities.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must currently reside in the NYC area.

Based in Stamford, Lincolnshire, Urban Edge Architecture work predominately within the Retail, Leisure and Care sectors. We provide a complete and professional architectural service from conception to completion. As an experienced Architect, you will be comfortable managing a number of medium and large scale projects, from concept stage through to completion. You will have strong technical and design ability, enjoy working to tight deadlines and have a collaborative team-working style.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of post-Part III qualification experience.
- ARB / RIBA registered.
- The Directors wish to strengthen the management team, therefore experience of running a small team or willingness to develop in this area is essential.
- Proven experience of delivering projects within the UK.
- Excellent communication and oral presentation skills.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
- BIM / Revit experience desirable but not essential.
- Full clean UK driving license beneficial.
