Renowned international multidisciplinary company are looking for exceptional talent to join their award winning team. The Senior Architect is required to take a Project Management role to work alongside senior design and senior technical architects on a £50 million Central London high rise residential project. As Project Manager you would take responsibility for managing the Client relationship and coordinating the team from concept to completion.
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate, self-motivated and a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and able to work to tight deadlines.

Candidates for the architectural designer position must have three to five years' experience in architecture; experience in high-end residential design, with some commercial/retail experience, are priorities. A successful candidate will have project management experience, and will be able to assist with all phases of a project.
This person will assist in producing and coordinating complete construction document sets, as well as have a successful track record of collaborating with consultants, contractors and the project team.
AutoCAD and Revit experience is required; knowledge of Google SketchUp or similar programs are a plus.
