- Strong design and technical skills.
- Proficiency using AutoCAD.
- Experience with Revit would be beneficial but not essential.

Registered Architect
23/10/2014The scope of this work is for a registered architect to develop an architectural division within this firm. The division will be responsible for all architecture within the company and the future procurement of federal government & public work. In addition, the following duties: design, specifications and technical writing, Construction Documents, LEED ap design professional, cost estimations, respond to RFQ's & RFP's both for design and construction, public relations.
Seven year old design build firm that specializes in government and sustainable design is placing this Request for Qualification for a Registered Architect. The ability to follow the instructions outlined here will pass you to the next phase of interviewing.
Cover Letter that lists Title of job, a paragraph on why you should be considered for the postion, list examples of being self-motivated, what is your greatest achievement, what would be the best gift to give you.
One page resume with photo.
Page three- List all the software and hardware that you have long term experience of use-list years of use and experience. In addition, list three references with their phone numbers, cannot be family.
Page Four, Five & Six- 3- One on each sheet list a government/public project that you have done in the last 5 years, list dates of execution, provide photo, construction cost, location, contact information, list your responsibilies. Answer was it on time and in budget, if not why.
Create PDF can be 7-zip-small enough to send and email to email - Title the email RE: Future Principal of Firm.
