They must have experience in all phases of interior architectural services and work with the project teams to provide leadership in interpreting, organizing and executing the interior design for various projects. They will be responsible for preparing design presentations consisting of sketches and material boards, working drawings including construction details, millwork details and specifications. They must possess a specialized knowledge of interior architecture. Eligible candidates will have 7-10 years of professional experience and be local to Manhattan. Job description:

- We are currently seeking Senior Architects and Interior Designers to join our team.
- As a Senior Architect, you are accountable for project financial performance and team communication. Otherwise you are responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques.
- As an Interior Design Professional, you are responsible for basic interior design assignments and working with the project team to assist overall effort of completing various project phases.

Required skills:

- Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction, methodology, and material application.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.
- Possess strong hand and advanced CAD drafting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop preferred.
- Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino and 3D studio Max.
- Proficiency in Adobe graphic software as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and After Effect preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

Required experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience required.
- Registered Architect with current license preferred.
- LEED Green Associate Accreditation preferred.

Position description:

Location：Shenzhen (neighbor of Hongkong).
Starting Period：Employer is looking for candidates who can start ASAP.
Working hrs：35hrs weekly.
Payment：at least RMB 10000 per month formal job (bonus depends on projects).
