Experienced Architect
31/10/2014Vibrant,design-led practice looking to recruit a talented, experienced and motivated Architect to join our Harrogate office. To start with immediate effect.
The role will require candidates to take on responsibility, with a degree of autonomy, whilst working simultaneously on a variety of residential and commercial projects on a range of scales. This will include property extensions, renovations and new build developments.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and will have the potential to lead a small team. Job running experience is essential and you must have the ability to share knowledge within a growing team.
You will be responsible for developing designs from the concept stage, produce planning and building regulations applications, detailed construction drawings and will provide the opportunity to see projects through to practical completion.
Townscape Architects are a small, RIBA Chartered, design-led practice and have numerous commissions within the region ranging in construction value from £100k - £4.5 million. Our current workload includes medical facilities and student housing.

Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketchup and the Photoshop is essential. Experience with Revit and VRay would be an advantage.
