Qualifications

- 3-5 years professional experience.
- Excellent CD set drawing skills.
- Must be highly organized in coordinating/ producing working drawings.

Waldo Works is a multidisciplinary design practice that works across the retail, hotel and residential sectors in both architecture and interior design.

We work with with well known british and international brands, as well as individuals, and aim to make environments that work commercially and creatively. We are currently an office of ten - a mix of architects, architectural designers and Interior Designers.

Waldo Works is interested in the character and meaning created through our designs. We take a conceptual and experimental approach to look for the best design solutions for our clients. We research,debate and refine designs within the office, throughout the different processes and scales of a project and try to achieve inspirational and exciting environments.

We are looking for a Part 2/3 Architect or Architectural designer, to integrate into a team working on existing and future projects. We need an applicant with excellent drawing skills and with predominantly retail fit out experience.

- At least 2 years of experience working in this discipline.
- A Portfolio of experience within the retail sector.
- A record of experience completing complex built projects.
- The ability to interview in London in the near future.
- Demonstrable superb detailing skills.
- Ability to create and produce drawing packages.
- An ability to understand the financial implications of design decisions.
- Self motivation and a good communication skills.

Vectorworks skills are preferred, but Autocad skills will be considered.

It is imperative that your English and written English are perfect.
