Well established award winning, design focused company based in Central London has a great opportunity for an Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working an on large commercial, mixed use, leisure and residential projects using Microstation. The successful architect will need to lead from the front and be able to work in Microstation and will have excellent design as well as technical knowledge. Working across all RIBA stages you will need to show design flair and have had job running experience. The architect will need to be a confident user of Microstsation. Past experience working for a respected design studio would be advantageous.
Skills required:
- Working knowledge of CAD systems, Mircostation is preferred and Sketchup / Indesign advantageous.
- Commercial/Mixed Use project experience.
- Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types.
- The successful architect will need to lead from the front and be able to work in Microstation and have excellent design as well as technical knowledge.
- Past experience working for a respected design studio would be advantageous.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate (Microstation), self-motivated, a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team.

MR Architecture & Decor, a widely published architecture and interior design firm specializing in high end residential and retail work, currently has a job opening for an Intermediate Architect. The position is open to motivated candidates with a commitment to design excellence and a proven ability to successfully execute projects from schematic design through construction completion. The following qualifications are required:
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution.
- 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with developing drawing sets from schematics through construction documents. This requires a solid understanding of drawing conventions, technical accuracy, as well as the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Proficiency in ACAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in 3D modelling software preferred (Rhino, Sketchup, etc.).
- Highly motivated with a commitment to design excellence.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and open studio environment.
- Currently living in New York area. Must be authorized to work in the US without need for employee sponsorship.
