Design studio sporadicSPACE requires a newly qualified Part III architect to work in London.
sporadicSPACE is a growing design studio specialising in high-end residential and leisure developments.
We are looking for someone with three to five years experience of working on medium to large sized projects that have a focus on innovative design solutions. We are currently taking on new projects across London.

Essential requirements:
- Strong design portfolio.
- Experience of using 3D modelling software.
- Confident client communication skills with experience of coordinating work between clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of UK planning processes and UK based projects.
- Proven experience of working on high-end residential projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and site experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and develop original concepts according to a creative brief and client objectives
- Participate in design development and prepare concepts for client presentations.
- Attend site visits, liaise with contractors, clients and other suppliers.
- Deliver projects at all work stages.
- Remuneration dependent on experience.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work permanently in the UK and have fluent written and spoken English.
