Junior Designer
16/05/2014PellOverton is currently hiring for a full-time Junior level position, to begin immediately. We are looking for someone who has some degree of previous professional office experience (summer internships, design build projects), has strong design and representation skills, and understands how to put together a working drawing set.
Candidates must offer the following:
- A completed professional degree in architecture - we are not hiring summer interns.
- Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of construction drawing sets, how they are organized, etc.
- 100% proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe suite, and physical model making.
- Mature, responsible, and easy going.
Please note, applicants must currently reside in New York City, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. If this is not the case, please do not apply.

16/05/2014CSA are recruiting for a dynamic and design orientated senior architect for a growing portfolio of exciting new build residential developments. The studio is a growing practice and has a fun, creative culture with exciting design focused work delivered by a close knit team of designers.
The successful candidate will have a strong all round design ability and significant experience in later stages with exceptional technical knowledge and experience developing and coordinating construction packages.
The role requires ten plus years of post-Part III experience and strong management and coordination skills alongside the ability to work well within a team structure. Proficiency in MicroStation is desirable.
Salary, dependent on experience.
