Job responsibilities:

- Conduct preliminary reviews and code research for multiple commercial projects throughout the Southeast Region of the United States.
- Planning and designing first and second generation interior build-outs; designs are tailored to the unique requirements of the clients while insuring local and state jurisdictional code compliance.
- Construction document review of multiple commercial interior project types throughout the studio; project coordination with code officials, clients and mentoring younger designers is vital.

Qualifications:

- Solid interior experience as it relates to B and A occupancy classifications; knowledge of S, F and H classifications is desirable.
- Knowledge of building and life safety codes applicable to interior planning is crucial; thorough knowledge of interior detailing and construction documents, evenly balanced with your experience level is expected.
- Fluency with AutoCAD 2004 – 2015 is a prerequisite.
- A style, demeanor and personality appropriate for team and client interaction is essential to your success in our organization.
