We have immediate needs for several Senior Architects with a focus within the NYC, high end residential niche. All of these opportunities will primarily be working on multi-million dollar downtown lofts, WVillage brownstones and UES renovations.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the luxury NYC residential market, zoning+codes, coordination with contractors, have the ability work directly with clients and lead projects independently. These positions will bring projects from initial client contact through installation. You must be able to develop design into feasible solutions that meet the very high demands or both client and firm aesthetic.

Excellent communication, presentation and a thorough understanding of residential projects from concept to completion. You must have at least 5 years of recent experience within the high end, custom residential niche, BArch and/or MArch, Licensure preferred, proficiency in AutoCAD, refined design sensibility, and experience leading small teams and similar project types.

All opportunities offer comprehensive benefit packages and attractive compensation plans: $80,000-100,000.00 base salary + bonus potential.
