Diller Scofidio + Renfro is an interdisciplinary design studio that integrates architecture, the visual arts, and the performing arts. Based in New York City, Diller Scofidio + Renfro is led by three partners who work collaboratively with a staff of 100 architects, artists and administrators.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Architect with significant high-end residential experience.

Candidates will have the following qualifications:

- Minimum 10+ years experience.
- Strong design sensibility.
- Independent: capable of designing, planning, managing, running a job, developing detail and material approaches, producing permit and bid documents, meeting with the client, coordinating consultants, and administering construction.
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.

PellOverton is currently hiring for a full-time Junior level position, to begin immediately. We are looking for someone who has some degree of previous professional office experience (summer internships, design build projects), has strong design and representation skills, and understands how to put together a working drawing set.

Candidates must offer the following:

- A completed professional degree in architecture - we are not hiring summer interns.
- Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of construction drawing sets, how they are organized, etc.
- 100% proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe suite, and physical model making.
- Mature, responsible, and easy going.
