Intern / Project Architect
22/03/2014Wright Design has an immediate need for a talented and experienced candidate to support production of construction documents for high-end residential projects. Applicants should have experience managing projects through all phases of the design process or the ability and motivation to quickly grow into this role.
Additional qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an architecture firm.
- Interest and experience in residential architecture.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work indepentently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or other 3D modeling program) and Photoshop.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Master's degree preferred.
- License/registration not required.

Project Architect
21/03/2014Immediate full time design architect/project architect position available for work on museum projects in East Asia. Design phases include Concept/Schematic design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Exhibition design.
Candidate must be licensed, have minimum of 5 years working experience, proficient in Construction Documentation with AutoCAD and good 3D/Rhino skills. Project management skills and prior experience working on all phases of project documentation a must. Experience with autolisp, Grasshoper, parametric modeling a plus. Some Construction Administration possible depending on level of experience.
OLI is a young architecture practice specializing in civic and institutional projects around the world. OLI espouses a culture of open collaboration with an eye not only to the theoretical conceptualization of each individual project, but equal care in the discipline of construction methodologies and the built environment.
We are looking for serious candidates who are self-motivated, and eager to grow with the firm. Candidates that do not meet the minimum requirement need not apply.
