- Intermediate designers/architects (4-7 years experience).
- Senior architects with project management experience (8+ years experience).
Candidates for all positions should have the following qualifications:
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Rhino, Sketchup.
- Experience in construction document preparation.
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.
Candidates for project manager should have the following additional qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Team leadership skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction document detailing.
- Experience with building code and zoning review.
- Experience with NYC DoB approval process a plus.
- Experience with construction administration.

London practice Studio Callaghan, based in Kennington, is looking to recruit an experienced project architect to work on a BREEAM Excellent office building and sustainable housing.
We are a small, friendly, well-established practice working in a wide variety of sectors, including workplace, residential and heritage, producing a high quality of design.
We are looking for an experienced project architect, registered with ARB, to join our expanding workforce.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Two to ten years post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience in the UK.
- Excellent design skills and construction detailing knowledge.
- Job running and site experience.
- Strong experience in a wide variety of software, including 2D/3D CAD skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
