- Proficiency in ACAD, REVIT, Adobe CS, 3D skills and Microsoft Office is required.
- Professional Degree, Master's Degree Preferred.
- Registration and LEED Accrediation a plus.
- Legal Authority to work in the U.S.A. is mandatory.

This organisation is looking to recruit an Associate for its London studio to take a leading role on exciting, high profile mixed use retail led projects.
This role will be pivotal to the success of the studio. You will work within multidisciplinary project teams with engineers, designers, and technicians to help deliver an array of challenging projects to the highest quality.
They are looking for a Senior Architect with excellent design, technical, and software skills who can work collaboratively and productively in design teams, taking responsibility for projects from inception to completion. Ideally, you will have worked at Associate level within a major design firm.
You must have led the delivery of a range of medium to large retail and mixed use schemes, As a team leader, you will also be skilled at leading and motivating a team, working to tight deadlines, and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients, clinicians and contractors.
You will enjoy working to tight deadlines and demonstrate strong leadership skills and a collaborative team-working style. You will be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
